The property is located in Bagno a Ripoli, in a convenient position for Florence South, making it a practical choice both for those arriving by car and for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-connected base from which to explore Florence and the surrounding area.

Arrival is arranged in advance through a simple process with dedicated instructions, making check-in smooth and well organised. In accordance with current Italian regulations, guest registration is required before access is granted. The apartment is located in a residential setting, so we kindly ask guests to respect the peace and quiet of the building and the surrounding neighbourhood, especially in the evening and at night. Parties, events, and access for unregistered visitors are not allowed. Free public parking is available near the property, particularly in Via Enrico Bocci and near Giardino I Ponti.
