Guests are required to complete the registration process within the stated timeframes, in compliance with current Italian regulations. The apartment may only be used by duly registered guests. Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed. Guests are kindly asked to respect the peace and quiet of the building and the surrounding neighbourhood, especially during the evening and nighttime hours. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. We also ask guests to take care of the home, its furnishings, and all items provided during the stay. At check-out, the apartment should be left in good condition, with dishes washed and waste disposed of according to the instructions provided. Any damage or issues noticed during the stay should be reported as soon as possible. Unregistered visitors are not permitted unless previously authorised.
