Welcome to Ambra Living. We've prepared this guide to help you experience the home simply and comfortably during your stay.

Here you'll find key information about Wi-Fi, amenities, access, house rules, parking, waste disposal, and helpful contacts.

Check-in and access

Arrival is arranged in advance, following the procedure communicated before your stay. For regulatory reasons, access is permitted only to properly registered guests. Once the required procedure is completed, you will be able to enter independently according to the instructions received. If you encounter any difficulties upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

Check-out

Unless otherwise agreed, check-out is by the time indicated on your reservation. Before leaving the house, we kindly ask you to:

  • turn off the lights and air conditioning
  • close windows and skylights
  • leave the kitchen tidy
  • wash used dishes
  • dispose of waste according to the instructions provided
  • make sure you don't forget any personal effects


Parking

Free public parking is available near Ambra Living. The most convenient options are:

  • the large parking lot in Via Enrico Bocci
  • the area near the I Ponti Garden

Both are convenient for reaching the property.

Heating

The house is equipped with heating managed by a smart thermostat. The temperature is set to ensure comfort and convenience during your stay. If necessary, you can adjust it according to the instructions provided or contact us if needed.

For correct use, we ask you to:

  • do not set temperatures excessively high
  • keep doors and windows closed while the heating is on


Air conditioning

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

For efficient operation:

  • keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is on
  • turn off or reduce the air conditioning when you go out
  • use a comfortable temperature, avoiding extreme settings

If something doesn't work properly, please write to us.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped for a practical and comfortable stay.

At your disposal you will find:

  • hob
  • refrigerator
  • dishwasher
  • microwave / oven
  • Nespresso machine
  • kettle
  • toaster
  • essential dishes and utensils

We ask you to use everything with care and to leave the kitchen tidy at the end of your stay.

Safety

For your safety, the house is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and a gas detector. The first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located in the cabinet above the washing machine. We ask that you do not move or tamper with these devices.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask you to respect a few simple rules:

  • The apartment can only be used by registered guests
  • No parties, events or gatherings are permitted
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the house
  • We ask you to respect the tranquility of the condominium and the neighborhood, especially in the evening and during night hours.
  • It is not permitted to introduce unregistered external persons without authorization
  • We ask you to take care of the house, the furnishings and the objects present
